Billing is based on consumption.
Means of transport
- Bus line 159 runs to Hultsfred approximately every 2 hours
- Trains run approximately every 2 hours from Hultsfred to Kalmar and back
- By plane, you can fly directly from Kalmar to Frankfurt am Main and back twice a week
Regulate
Check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
Smoking:
• Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Pets:
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Noise level:
• Please respect the night's quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Avoid loud noises and music during this time.
Garbage disposal:
• Please separate the garbage and dispose of it in the appropriate containers. There are also special recycling stations in Sweden.
Wine cellar
• Our wines may only be enjoyed privately in the house and on the property. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further information.
Parking:
• Please park in the garage driveway.
Fireplace:
• Unfortunately, the fireplace is currently not usable. It will soon be modernized for you and replaced by a closed fireplace cassette.
Safety:
• Please always close all doors and windows when you leave the house. Do not leave valuables unattended.
Emergencies:
• In the event of an emergency, you can reach the Swedish emergency number on 112.
Nature and environment:
• Please respect nature and the surroundings. Do not leave any rubbish behind and respect the local flora and fauna.
• If you want to go fishing, please find out which waters are private. Fees may apply here.
